We recommend reviewing these FAQs before reaching out:

1. Trouble Logging In?

Make sure you’re using the email address linked to your WEMVision membership. If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot password?” on the login screen to reset it.

2. Can’t See Your Events or Content?

Ensure you’re using the latest version of the app and are logged into your account. Content and event access are exclusive to active members.

3. Need to Update Your Profile?

You can update your name, photo, and bio directly in the profile section of the app.

4. Notifications Not Coming Through?

Check your device settings to ensure notifications are enabled for the WEMVision app.

5. Want to Manage Your Membership?

If you need to update billing info, upgrade your tier, or cancel your membership, please email us directly at support@webvision.com.

The WEMVision app is compatible with:

  • iOS: Latest version and one previous major version

  • Android: Latest version and one previous major version
